quality of care and service. We recognise, however, that sometimes things do not
work out as we would like, and sometimes, regretfully, things do go wrong. We
are always open to suggestions, and we would encourage you to speak with our Practice Manager with any that you might have.
We follow the NHS complaints procedure when dealing with complaints and a copy
of our complaints procedure is available on request, at reception.
