Home Visit Requests

We prefer you to attend the surgery if at all possible where we have your full medical history available. However if your medical problem prevents you from doing so and you think that you may need a home visit, please call us on 01273 688333 before 10.00am.

Your telephone number will be taken by the receptionists and a doctor will telephone you before they visit to assess whether the visit is necessary.

If you feel that your need is more urgent than this please tell the receptionists when you call.
